"Hub by Premier Inn Soho, A Cozy, Chilled Escape in the Heart of London"
Hub by Premier Inn Soho offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and great value in the heart of London. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The lounge area is a relaxing spot, with free tea and coffee adding a nice touch. For just £8.00, you can enjoy a delicious hot buffet breakfast, which is very cheap for Central London. The rooms are compact and stylish, with a Tokyo stlye inspired pod design that's clean, cozy, and perfectly suited for short stays. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for those seeking modern amenities and excellent service without the hefty price tag. Highly recommended!
"Oh YES!"
Wonderful! The hotel is tucked down a little alley that looks sketchy, but we didn't have any problems. It is central to everything, right in the middle of the action. The hotel common areas are in good condition and clean. The breakfast and bar in the basement are wonderful. The room was very small, but we loved it. You can put a suitcase under the bed, but other cases may have to go along the wall near the bed or in the bathroom. It is more than manageable though, so don't worry. Everything is pretty modern and very clean. If you need service, you MUST request it in the am or night before or it will not happen. Be sure to specify what you want done. My only complaint would be a lack of friendliness from the desk staff. You barely get a look, let alone a good day, good morning, good evening, or even a smile. On the other hand, the people working downstairs for breakfast and bar were great. Thank you all for making our stay lovely.
"The hot box!"
4th stay here and worst one. Not sure if we will go back. Air con was stuck on heat, dispute telling the reception them sending someone up and resetting it 3 times it still pumped out hour air all night meaning we had a very bad uncomfortably hot night, partner had to finish getting dressed in the hallway before we went out as it was cooler than the room. Staff are hard to find and get hold of due to no phones in rooms or reception staff as well so reporting issues was not easy and wasted a lot of time, but on the other hand meant less time was spent in the hot box of a room. Also no alternative room was offered even though we asked. Bathroom shower was dirty on arrival and toilet had been used and not properly cleaned when we arrived. Altogether not the best stay here.
"Perfect location for central London"
Didn't hear a peep all night which was amazing for central London. Room very modern with buttons to control lights and do not disturb etc Very good breakfast with hot options even though was only expecting a continental. All staff extremely polite
"Hub"
Good value rooms. A bit claustrophobic with no windows Good breakfast Couldn’t check in until 15:30 which was frustrating Self service check ins both out of order Good location Really comfy beds
